Dr. Emmet Mallon
B.A. M.A. Ph.D.

My psychotherapy practice in Dublin is underpinned by the ethics and philosophy of psychoanalytic psychotherapy and I respect the confidentiality and psychical well being of each person I work with. I am accredited with the Irish Council for Psychotherapy and a Registered Practitioner member of the Association for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis in Ireland (Reg. Pract. APPI) and abide by their code of ethics.

My practice is informed by the Ethics of Psychoanalysis. Psychoanalytically informed therapy is an antidote to other Psy therapies that employ toolkits or techniques which address only the symptom and never the cause of a Subject’s suffering.
